📋 Description

• Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite through effective client service and change management • Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on the Ncontracts product suite • Conduct client training sessions via phone, web, or in person • Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and advise on best practices and process changes • Define, document, and communicate client requirements and objectives to the project team • Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts’ project management system • Collaborate with leadership, support teams, and sales partners to align client expectations and address issues • Continuously improve implementation processes, project management practices, and methodologies • Transition clients to ongoing Client Support resources after implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years prior implementation or training experience required • Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred • Knowledge of Ncontracts’ solutions a plus • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software, Microsoft Office Suite, and web tools for conferencing and training • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams
