📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and technical implementations within defined timeframes and scope • Monitor go-live milestones, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track • Configure software/platform settings, user accounts, and workflows based on client specifications • Set up products and medication templates in EMR • Set up user accounts for HubSpot clarifications • Configure web hooks via LifeFile when no integration is needed • Hand off partners to the Client Solutions team when an API integration is identified • Assist with data mapping, import/export tasks, and initial data validation • Diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues independently or with Client Solutions technical support • Conduct virtual live training for admin users and end-users • Advise clients on prescribing best practices to maximize compounded prescription accuracy • Partner with Sales and Customer Success Manager teams for seamless handoffs and client satisfaction • Monitor prescriptions for clinical and formatting accuracy and conduct outreach when issues are identified, from the first prescription through account activation (10th prescription)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a registered pharmacy technician • Holds a PTCB certification • Implementation experience OR strong understanding of EMR platforms • Strong technical writing skills (SOPs, product changes, client documentation) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with both technical teams and client stakeholders
