📋 Description

• Coordinate and communicate with clients post-sale to develop implementation plans for purchased Edifecs solutions • Collaborate with the Edifecs Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager on architecture, implementation strategy, schedules, and operational plans • Install, upgrade, and configure Edifecs products • Integrate Edifecs products with other software assets and processes • Coordinate with Client Services, Product, and Development teams to meet milestones • Develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, and other client-specific requirements • Provide post-implementation support during transition to maintenance • Deliver software and client-specific training and develop training documentation • Mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customer custom components • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on purchased Edifecs products and solutions • Complete performance-review responsibilities, special projects, and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology program, or equivalent experience in implementing and operating Java stack-based enterprise applications • 2+ years of experience working in enterprise software solution implementation • 2+ years of experience managing, developing, and deploying Java or Middleware-based applications • Experience with webMethods, IBM WebSphere, TIBCO Business Works, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle GlassFish, Oracle JCaps, and related platforms • 2+ years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall and agile scrum • 2+ years of experience using software engineering tools for configuration management, defect tracking, and unit testing • 2+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and EDI analysis • Domestic travel required up to 10%-15% • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
