📋 Description

• Onboard and train staff, managers, and end users at franchise and multi-location partners • Support early product adoption and help new users build strong habits • Partner with the launch team to bring new accounts and locations live smoothly and quickly • Build relationships with front-line staff and on-site managers • Call paying customers by phone and email daily to check in, answer questions, and maintain engagement • Understand partners' hiring needs • Provide customer support and training • Collect, organize, and relay customer product feedback to the Product team • Route and escalate inquiries to appropriate people and departments • Support ad hoc requests to determine the value of new features • Contribute to scalable Customer Success processes, reporting, engagement plans, and playbooks • Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and overlapping deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, support, account management, sales, or a client-facing role • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable on the phone and building rapport quickly • Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts and overlapping deadlines • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and platforms quickly • Sales-minded, able to identify opportunities to help customers get more value and expand platform use • Real hourly workforce experience in food service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar is a nice-to-have • Comfortable in a startup environment and willing to adapt quickly to change • Positive attitude, curiosity, and passion for helping partners and their teams succeed
