📋 Description

• Oversee on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform to achieve customer results • Complete projects using leading-practice methodology in collaboration with customer project teams and partners • Ensure governance, stakeholder support, risk mitigation, and issue mitigation • Assemble and lead project resources, clarify planned tasks, track progress, and manage deviations • Lead customers through initial Moveworks implementations and new product offerings • Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, and reporting • Help customers identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows • Provide change-management best practices for adoption and organizational readiness • Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customers to understand challenges, issues, and delivered value • Align deliverables with customer goals and act as the single point of contact for proposed solutions • Mentor team members and partners to achieve engagement deliverables • Identify gaps between actuals and plan of record, propose solutions, and drive resolutions • Share customer insights with Product for product design and development • Partner with Customer Success Managers to transition customers to post-launch engagement and support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 4+ years of progressive experience leading software implementations, SaaS preferred, with enterprise customers, or equivalent education/experience • Project management experience including scope control, budgeting, estimating, and resource management • Ability to creatively propose technical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly and efficiently • Process-focused with strong problem-solving ability • Experience building strong internal and external relationships, including with senior-level executives • Creativity and comfort running projects independently • Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams • Diplomatic, tactful, and poised under pressure • Bachelor's degree • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
