📋 Description

• Lead small- to large-scale implementations end-to-end as project manager and customer point of contact • Lead customer meetings and conduct workflow assessments • Plan and execute configurations and oversee go-live support • Manage delivery of contracted solutions and coordinate cross-team dependencies • Ensure specialized internal teams have information needed for assigned deliverables • Scope customer collateral needs, including training plans, client-specific workflow documentation, and marketing collateral • Guide customers through project plan development and coordinated care network execution • Develop relationships with program stakeholders, community partners, service providers, and other health and human services stakeholders • Plan, manage, and monitor projects of varying complexity • Lead standard technical implementations, including SAML SSO • Maintain accurate internal systems for effective project pipeline and resource management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven implementation and project management skills • 3+ years of experience in a business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services environment • Experience building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions • Ability to be consultative and manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously • Resourcefulness and ability to find creative execution approaches • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Active listening ability and ability to explain complex ideas for specific audiences • Ability to remain organized and agile and pivot when plans change • Experience analyzing data to extract insights, tell a story, and drive action • Experience learning new tools and software • Preferred experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite • Willingness to travel occasionally; position may require 20% travel • Must pass a background check including criminal, employment, and education verification • U.S.-based work authorization/location requirement
