• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Demonstrated success recruiting in hyper-growth, high-growth, or highly transformational companies • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders • Proven track record of independently leading candidate searches • Expertise in creative sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and high-touch candidate management • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
