⢠At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a senior recruiter, lead recruiter, or talent acquisition role ⢠Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage ⢠Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring environments ⢠Experience recruiting for remote, international, offshore, or global roles is highly preferred ⢠Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, Boolean search, referrals, and talent communities ⢠Excellent interviewing, screening, candidate assessment, and shortlisting skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities at the same time ⢠Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills ⢠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision ⢠Comfortable using ATS, HRIS, spreadsheets, and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals ⢠Ability to work effectively in a remote, night-shift or graveyard-shift setup ⢠Additional language skills, including Spanish, are a plus but not required
