📋 Description

• Plan, perform, and coordinate inspections of agricultural loan collateral, including livestock, feed, and receivables • Conduct on-site verification and analyze accounting records to determine collateral risks and quality • Evaluate risks and selected borrowers in collaboration with lending and credit management • Prepare collateral exam reports efficiently, focusing on critical areas of credit risk • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customers, lenders, management, and others • Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations in writing and verbally • Review operational practices and collaborate across the enterprise to optimize departmental resources • Support productivity goals while effectively communicating findings and analyzing problematic situations • Maintain and demonstrate understanding of relevant agricultural industry issues and trends • Promote positive working relationships and operational changes that improve customer experience • Develop, communicate, and pursue actionable goals aligned with company and department goals • Comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML Program • Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, agricultural business, or relevant discipline • Knowledge of agricultural lending and collateral analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and diplomacy skills • Knowledge of accounting concepts, agricultural practices, and systems • Willingness to travel with overnight stay up to 50% for agricultural inspections • Strong MS Excel skills • Proven analytical skills • Use of AI tools for analysis • Unrestricted work authorization • Must not require future sponsorship
