• This role is responsible for driving business development and new partnership growth for financial institution card programs across the enterprise. • Partner closely with the SVP, Business Development to define and execute the FI strategy, including prospecting, partnership structuring, pricing, and initiatives that drive new account acquisition, portfolio growth, and fee income. • Build and grow a portfolio of financial institutions credit card partners. • Establish and manage key relationships with executives and decision-makers at partner organizations. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new financial institutions credit card partnership opportunities aligned to growth strategy. • Structure, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements, including financial terms, marketing commitments, and performance expectations. • Partner with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to design and launch new card programs. • Act as the central point of coordination between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. • Represent the organization at industry events, partner meetings, and key relationship touchpoints.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in financial services industry, banking, credit cards or related • Established network and reputation within the financial services industry • Strong relationship management and business development skills • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
