📋 Description

• Communicate with customers who have experienced fraud and reassure them • Determine the validity of disputes and hold customers accountable when necessary • Conduct in-depth investigations and attempt to identify suspects • Contact law enforcement when necessary and provide relevant information • Research and submit Suspicious Activity Referrals when necessary • Understand chargeback lifecycles for Visa and Mastercard • Review merchant responses and respond accurately and professionally • Understand Federal Regulation Z and complete work to required standards • Perform basic accounting and ensure customer accounts balance after investigations • Assist Bankcard Recovery by investigating fraud claims and billing disputes on accounts in collections • Manage time effectively to meet or exceed production goals

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic PC skills with the ability to master software programs used (FQFD, TBS, PRM, etc.) • A minimum of nine months of customer service experience • Basic accounting skills with the ability to balance accounts • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship • Credit card dispute and chargeback experience is highly desired • Familiarity with the credit card or banking industry is desired
