📋 Description

• Administer base salary, incentive programs, merit, bonus, and salary review processes • Monitor compensation legislation and regulatory requirements and coordinate required changes with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Recruiting • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Recruitment, leadership, and business leaders on compensation requests, planning, and organizational changes • Analyze compensation scenarios and develop recommendations balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and budget considerations • Prepare and distribute employee compensation statements • Draft and present training and guidance on compensation practices and procedures • Conduct job matching, market pricing, salary surveys, and benchmarking analyses • Manage external compensation vendors, including survey providers and technology partners • Evaluate vendor performance and compensation data sources • Maintain and audit compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems • Develop ad hoc compensation reports and analyses • Partner with HR Technology to enhance tools, reporting, and processes and identify automation opportunities • Maintain compensation documentation and templates • Leverage HR systems and compensation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related discipline • CCP certification preferred but not required • Experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related analytical function • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling, and data analysis • Experience with compensation tools and vendor management • Payscale knowledge is a plus but not required • Ability to communicate, partner, and advise managers at all levels • Strong experience with HR information systems and process improvement • In-depth knowledge of U.S. multi-state compensation compliance, including wage thresholds and evolving legal requirements • Experience with compensation practices in a unionized environment is a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington
