📋 Description

• Proactive and reactive contact updates across internal systems, including Salesforce and our proprietary Partner Site • Management and update of client data within the Partner Site, including asset creation, contact management, username and password resets • Management and distribution of trials and information regarding FTG products and platform services • Assisting on a variety of assignments associated with the annual rating report deliveries, Star Rating announcement, our Luxury Summit event and other special projects and events

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years or more experience in Client Success or related field • Highly proficient with MS Office/Excel • Salesforce Experience a plus • Excellent written communications skills in English • Creative and analytical thinker with strong end to end problem-solving skills • Extremely organized, mature, self-motivated and independent worker • Ability to multitask and handle daily deadlines
