📋 Description

• Conduct intake calls to understand customer needs and educate customers on products and services • Drive scheduling rates for qualified leads by communicating value and addressing early questions • Resolve customer concerns throughout the customer journey to support high NPS and low return rates • Provide Bluetooth and iPhone support and coach clients on device use • Assist customers with technology, including Zoom and remote care sessions • Troubleshoot products in person and remotely • Maintain customer documentation in Salesforce, Intercom, and other customer experience platforms • Learn complex clinical concepts and technology to educate and support clients • Collaborate with the broader team to improve product offerings and customer experience • Cover front desk or office manager responsibilities as needed, including greeting clients, managing appointments, and maintaining the professional environment

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service or sales in healthcare, or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, empathetic style • Confidence in de-escalating concerns and turning challenges into positive outcomes • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously • Proficiency with support software and general tech troubleshooting • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate customer needs • Ability to build rapport and trust • Ability to work weekends and the listed hours • Regular schedule includes Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 9 am–6 pm PST
