📋 Description

• Assist in managing all accounting functions for US and EMEA offices for eMaint • Gather and review data to provide timely and accurate financial data for reporting, analysis and budget comparisons • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research unusual activity and/or fluctuations • Manage revenue schedules • Lead EMEA statutory audit • Ensure all transactions are accurately posted in the general ledger • Ensure a timely and correct Month End Close and Reporting cycle within tight deadlines • Participate in process improvements and lead efforts to create SOP documents • Assist with Working Capital goals • Assist with various tax filings and ad-hoc projects • Prepare miscellaneous ad-hoc reports • Prepare journal entries in accordance with accrual basis accounting, evaluating underlying support • Report directly to the Senior Finance and Accounting Manager

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Accounting required • Prefer 5 years of experience • Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue standards • SaaS experience a plus • Expert level of excel skills • Experience in Hyperion/Essbase a plus • Independent thinker and self starter • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment • Occasional extended hours and travel required • Good communication skills for communicating with team • Good time management skills
