📋 Description

• Review opportunities and contracts in Salesforce and other source systems to ensure accurate billing setup • Approve sales orders and ensure products and services are billed accurately in NetSuite • Submit invoices through customer portals and directly to customers • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Handle expense billing to include relevant costs in customer invoices • Update systems with detailed collection notes • Collaborate with the billing team on escalations and address billing-related questions • Forecast cash flow by analyzing collections data and identifying trends • Address sales escalations related to aged receivables • Work with sales teams to resolve outstanding issues • Conduct regular collection meetings with sales teams • Issue demand letters for overdue accounts and manage account statement distribution • Manage account automations related to statement distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in billing and collections • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes • Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite, or similar systems • Ability to manage billing and collections activities within these platforms • Strong analytical skills to forecast cash flow and identify trends in collections data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
