📋 Description

• Run 500–750 VA card payments per month • Charge, receipt, and post each payment within one business day at 98%+ accuracy • Raise the work comp collection rate by 15 points in the first year • Reduce work comp invoice-to-cash time by 30% in the first six months • Reactivate old balances and ensure every aged invoice has a status, contact, and next step • Free billers to focus on accurate claims submission • Work with the CFO and small billing team serving veterans and injured workers nationwide • Track performance through a weekly scoreboard

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work comp, medical, or third-party collections experience • Experience handling adjusters and TPAs • Ability to check every amount, card, and receipt before processing • Ability to clear today's queue today • Persistent, polite, and scheduled follow-up until payment is received • Ability to maintain a status, contact, and next step for every open item • Ability to handle adjuster pushback professionally • Ability to protect patient and card data • Familiarity with Excel and QuickBooks Online • Must be able to work full-time remotely in the U.S., Monday–Friday, roughly 8–5 in the employee's time zone • Hourly and overtime-eligible
