• Build long-term customer relationships • Serve as the single point of contact for customers and manage overall client engagements • Perform business process analysis, software installation, configuration, training, and client management • Lead discovery, co-creation workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand and document capital planning requirements and project success factors • Generate and manage project plans, milestones, communications, and risk mitigation for implementations • Define project goals, reporting, meetings, communications, task follow-up, risks, contingency plans, resources, timelines, and budgets • Help clients modify processes to maximize product ROI • Lead core and transactional data migration projects, including mapping, import, and error/warning analysis • Develop agendas, project progress documentation, action items, process flows, and reports • Train customers on solution operation and capital planning processes • Establish a foundation for post-engagement customer success • Assist with presale meetings and conference calls to determine needs, scope, and pricing • Identify change request opportunities and sell additional resources/services to increase revenue • Become a product expert and apply best practices to achieve customer goals • Ensure adherence to Gordian’s project methodology and leverage Fortive Business System tools • Track billable hours, time, expenses, revenue forecasts, and resource forecasts • Deliver at least 70%–80% billable hours • Travel 25%–40% of the time for in-person customer visits
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture or Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience with facilities and data analytics • At least 3 years’ experience in translating customer business requirements into business solutions and presenting those solutions to stakeholders • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, understanding client processes, and integrating software and workflows • Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration, software configuration, onsite training, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management • Experience implementing software and supporting clients while managing multiple clients, breaking projects into tasks, estimating effort, and delivering projects on time and on budget • Thorough understanding of data manipulation and analysis for data migrations and building reports/visuals • Ability to balance multiple projects and manage own calendar • Experience managing timelines, developing and executing project plans, and delivering to billable utilization targets • Self-motivated learning style, consistent improvement, and strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including instructing and/or speaking to an audience • Delivery-focused approach and proven track record of fulfilling commitments • Problem-solving ability with a solution-focused approach • Willingness to travel 25%–40% of the time for in-person customer visits • Must live within 45 minutes of a major international airport • Strongly desired but not required: experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management • Strongly desired but not required: experience with SQL, SSIS, or similar data manipulation and workflow packages • Strongly desired but not required: experience hosting technical or software training • Strongly desired but not required: previous involvement in pre-sales activities
