âą Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with Gordian clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. âą Coordinate, review, and distribute critical contractual information to internal teams and external partners. âą Develop, review, and support publicly solicited and privately negotiated contract documents, amendments, renewals, and related materials. âą Assist Program Delivery Managers, Program Developers, and other stakeholders throughout contract development, solicitation, execution, and maintenance. âą Coordinate, prepare, and review contract activity supporting performance evaluations, renewals, extensions, and compliance requirements. âą Maintain and update contractual information, schedules, and records in spreadsheets, databases, Smartsheet, CRM platforms, and document repositories. âą Coordinate and assist with internal and external meetings throughout the contract lifecycle. âą Support contractor engagement, client support, and operational initiatives across Gordian programs. âą Monitor contractual requirements and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting. âą Coordinate and distribute contractual information with Program Delivery, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. âą Respond to and manage daily contract-related inquiries. âą Assist with key performance indicators, reporting metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. âą Support audits, compliance reviews, and program assessments. âą Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
âą Associate's Degree preferred âą Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. âą Proven customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. âą Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. âą Demonstrated success working collaboratively and fostering positive working relationships. âą Highly organized and flexible, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. âą Self-directed, able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize with minimal supervision. âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. âą Ability to interpret, review, and manage contractual documentation and related requirements. âą Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
