📋 Description

• Partner with sales representatives and collaborate with prospective customers • Conduct pain-discovery processes to understand customer needs and articulate solutions • Develop, present, and deliver product demonstrations • Own customer evaluations, including trials and proofs of concept • Identify technical and functional objections and collaborate on remediation • Build and present customer proposals, including to C-level executives • Estimate professional services effort and develop project plans when needed • Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate solutions • Maintain portfolio knowledge to identify cross-selling opportunities • Collaborate with partners on customer visits, demonstrations, proposals, events, and initiatives • Support partner recruitment and participate in prospective partner calls • Participate in partner enablement, technical training, and functional enablement • Deliver technical presentations and respond to technical questions during sales calls • Represent the company at trade shows, user group events, conferences, and virtual events • Deliver presentations at industry events as applicable • Participate in product and technical webinars • Support outbound activities for new product and release launches • Serve as a market expert on assigned products • Deliver presales activities beginning with product demonstrations • Develop sales-process, market, product, and interpersonal expertise • Refine business analysis processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, or solutions-focused environment preferred • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach
