📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and corporate positions from intake through offer stage • Coordinate and communicate across internal recruiting activities as an active HR team member • Partner with hiring managers on intake meetings, candidate profiles, hiring needs, and recruiting strategy • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and job boards • Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive talent while maintaining qualified candidate pipelines • Evaluate and advance candidates based on qualifications, role fit, and organizational alignment • Coordinate candidate scheduling, communications, interview logistics, and recruiting administration • Maintain candidate notes, interview feedback, and pipeline updates in the ATS • Manage up to 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously • Provide pipeline updates and hiring status reports to hiring managers • Deliver positive candidate and hiring manager experiences • Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation considerations, and hiring decisions • Use AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude to support recruiting workflows and communication • Represent Fortress at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking opportunities • Support employer branding and internship recruitment • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience • Ability to independently assess candidates, manage recruiting processes, and influence hiring decisions across technical and corporate roles • Ability to manage 10–12 open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach • Ability and willingness to attend occasional after-hours networking events and approximately 4–8 recruiting events annually, with travel as required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working within an ATS and maintaining accurate documentation, candidate notes, and pipeline records • Basic understanding of employment laws and multi-state recruiting compliance practices • Ability to use and refine prompts to improve work processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred • Experience using Paycor Recruiting or similar ATS preferred • Experience planning and executing recruiting events preferred • Multi-state recruiting experience preferred • Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred • Experience assessing candidates for company values and team operating styles preferred • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR or recruiting certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
