📋 Description

• Bring an authentic student perspective to FoundationCCC’s work • Elevate student voices and increase awareness of programs and services across diverse community college populations • Identify and cultivate key stakeholders • Strengthen student engagement • Recommend strategic outreach and partnership opportunities • Collaborate across teams to advance equity and organizational priorities • Analyze engagement trends and emerging needs • Provide student-informed recommendations to strengthen impact • Independently project manage, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in student engagement, outreach, or a related field • Experience within higher education, nonprofit, or public sector settings • Direct experience as a student within the California Community College system strongly preferred • Self-starter and quick learner with a bias for action • Highly motivated and outcome-oriented • Ability to independently project manage and prioritize tasks • Ability to deliver quality products on time with limited supervision • Mission-driven, passionate, and equity-minded
