📋 Description

• Own the direction and roadmap of Foundation Source’s FundOS platform • Lead the design, development, and launch of features for donor-advised fund administration, fund accounting, and donor/grantee experiences • Prioritize the FundOS roadmap and balance business outcomes, technical feasibility, and client needs • Ensure features meet financial accuracy and compliance standards • Partner with business stakeholders, clients, and internal operational teams to define and prioritize requirements • Collaborate with engineering, design, delivery, Product Support, and Technical Account Management teams • Use product metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement • Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance results to senior management and stakeholders • Maintain clear documentation of product scope and decisions • Develop insight into DAF sponsoring organizations, donors, and operational needs • Research DAF administration trends, competition, and the philanthropic/fintech sector • Represent the customer in product decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent) with software development and SaaS platforms • Working knowledge of fintech use cases such as payment workflows, financial compliance, or similar money-movement systems • Solid grasp of complex systems and integrations, ideally in fintech • Ability to identify underlying customer needs and design solutions to address them • Track record of delivering strong, on-time product output while maintaining team morale and satisfaction • Outstanding written communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Proven ability to translate business needs into high-impact product features • Experience with donor-advised funds, philanthropic/nonprofit technology, or broader financial services • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms • Experience in a small team or startup environment with broad responsibilities • Dedicated distraction-free home office or workspace • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (bonus point)
