📋 Description

• Identify and resolve client configuration issues • Answer product questions from internal team members • Partner with the development team to provide detailed feedback on current data trends • Handle maintenance of core product integrations • Responsible for routine maintenance tasks, ad hoc maintenance, and data quality projects • Act as a subject matter expert on Foureyes client configuration • Manage complex maintenance reports and systems • Responsible for in-depth data quality and integrity testing • Work closely with your team and with many teams within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience problem solving with large data sets in a professional environment • CSS, SQL or JavaScript experience a plus • You are comfortable and effective communicating with technical co-workers • You have strong communication skills • You are known for your attention to detail. • You are comfortable working with large data sets. • You are a quick learner. • You are highly organized. • Bonus if you have experience working with a software engineering team (or similar technical team).
