📋 Description

• Lead, build, and expand a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers across the region • Manage recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and hiring of Mortgage Loan Officers • Lead onboarding, performance ramp-up, and integration of new MLOs • Execute sales strategies to exceed individual and team production goals • Monitor production performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure documented business plans are met • Build strategic relationships with business partners throughout the assigned region • Identify and develop opportunities to enter or expand into new markets • Represent FourLeaf at industry events, networking engagements, community functions, and professional associations • Organize educational sessions, seminars, and workshops • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Senior Leadership on local outreach and market initiatives • Provide feedback on competitive market trends, product needs, pricing, and growth strategies • Address team engagement and retention risks • Create a supportive, performance-driven environment that encourages collaboration, development, and career growth • Ensure MLO business plans are established, documented, and executed • Ensure adherence to BSA, AML, and OFAC requirements • Support the overall business channel with assigned projects and duties

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in mortgage lending • 3+ years supervisory experience preferred • Proven success in mortgage origination • Strong knowledge of residential lending products • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate Mortgage Loan Officers in a production-driven environment • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing MLO talent • Ability to build and sustain strong recruiting pipelines • NMLS required • Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements • Up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry guidelines
