• Supervise the functions of the Central Processing department • Support operational activities for Services and Products • Monitor department efficacy, improve operating processes, and report to upper management • Reinforce superior customer service through example and follow-through • Conduct periodic meetings and presentations with team members • Provide leadership, training, and supervision within the department • Coordinate staff coverage across department operations • Review and process applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness • Monitor daily tasks, operations, quality control, production goals, quality goals, and KPIs • Support contract and rebate administration • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time • Assume responsibility for department functions during staff absences or overload situations • Process, solve, and answer difficult problems or inquiries • Assist with development and growth of department staff through communication and delegation • Interact with customers by phone, email, chat, and other channels • Support other departments and tasks as needed • Assist with performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience • 1–3 years’ experience in operations roles; preferably with production based/customer service experience • Strong customer/client service and communication skills • Ability to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment • Detail oriented, organized, self-starter with ability to prioritize workload • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables/data analysis functions), Word, Outlook and Visio • Ability to work within database systems, including data export and reporting • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers, clients and employees • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems • Knowledge/functional ability with mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, ratios and other concepts necessary for department performance analysis • Committed to diversity and inclusion • Reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel up to 5%
