📋 Description

• Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates • Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations • Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed • Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes • Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions • Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate handoff of information • Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and issue resolutions • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year(s) experience within freight brokerage • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment • Ability to learn industry-specific software • Able to work after-hours and adapt to changing priorities • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability from 6pm–2am • Saturday and Sunday availability from 12pm–8pm
