📋 Description

• Support FMC’s Call Center operations • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues • Answer inbound and make outbound calls • Respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Provide information and knowledgeable assistance by accessing loan information • Deliver accurate verbal and written responses via phone, email, or letter • Explain policies and procedures to customers • Find positive solutions to customer inquiries • Build positive relationships with customers • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Comply with company policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate/GED • 0-1 Years related work experience preferred • Must be local to Jacksonville, FL • None required for licensure or certification • Ability to answer inbound and make outbound calls • Ability to respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Ability to pull up loan information and provide accurate information • Ability to adhere to schedules, multitask, and meet deadlines • Verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain policies and procedures to customers • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security • Regular and punctual attendance • Compliance with company policies and procedures
