📋 Description

• Answer all customer care telephone calls and inquiries • Process and administer customer care and quality assurance paperwork and information • Maintain customer care records and support department activities • Place and receive inbound calls, including transferred calls from homeowners • Respond to customer requests and input service request data • Receive and process homeowner service requests, including settlements, releases, and check requests • Collect, input, and distribute weekly project Customer Care status reports • Maintain the RCC filing system for projects and individual homesites • Support Customer Care associates as needed • Provide on-the-job training for new employees • Generate customer letters and emails • Send and receive surveys from customers and field associates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma minimum • 3 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably with a homebuilder • Must be computer literate and possess strong Word and Excel skills • Strong organizational skills • Data entry skills • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with using AI Chatbot • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Professional and friendly attitude to represent the company positively and develop rapport with customers over the phone • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to the daily work schedule • Must be able to work holidays • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry office supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less • Finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment
