📋 Description

• Support FMC’s Call Center operations • Answer inbound and make outbound calls • Respond to customer requests within set timeframes and deliver exceptional service • Pull up loan information and provide customers with accurate information and knowledgeable assistance • Explain policies and procedures to customers • Find seamless, positive solutions to customer inquiries • Build positive relationships with customers and help them feel secure and well-looked-after • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be local to Jacksonville, FL • High School Graduate/GED • 0-1 Years related work experience preferred • None required for licensure or certification • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security • Ability to adhere to schedules, meet deadlines, and provide verbal and written customer responses • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
