• Provide consistent, day-to-day service to existing customers • Drive incremental sales growth through effective ad planning, prospecting, and relationship building • Demonstrate a strong understanding of West Coast market players and dynamics • Deep knowledge of the tropical produce supply chain • Expand the customer base while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts • Represent the company at various conferences, trade shows, and industry events • Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries and issues • Manage daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in fresh produce sales, preferably with a focus on tropical commodities • Strong understanding of West Coast market players, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics • Deep knowledge of tropical produce supply chains, including sourcing, logistics, and seasonality • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth while expanding customer base and maintaining existing accounts • Experience with ad planning, promotions, and market-driven sales strategies. • Strong background in customer relationship management and service execution • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience representing a company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/reporting tools
