📋 Description

• Identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and events • Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead to close • Assess client needs and design customized system solutions • Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision-makers • Partner with operations for smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction • Maintain client relationships and track activities in the CRM • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance standards • Drive revenue through project-based sales of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, or intrusion detection systems • Guide commercial clients through the sales process from initial contact to project close

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in life safety, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, or security systems preferred, but not required for the right candidate • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Familiarity with fire alarm codes, security systems, or related technologies preferred, but not required • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically HubSpot • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
