📋 Description
• Deliver engaging, high-quality OT instruction in a remote classroom • Build rapport and momentum comparable to an in-person therapist • Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills • Translate evaluation findings into clear, actionable goals • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators on student progress
🎯 Requirements
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program • Active New York State OT license in good standing • NBCOT certification • Comfort and experience with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting • Reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup with webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace • Strong remote-collaboration skills • Authorization to work in the United States
