📋 Description

• Assist with recording basic accounting entries and learn cash and accrual activity • Support tracking investment activity and help prepare performance reports • Reconcile cash balances and assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies • Help prepare schedules for management fees, allocations, and other fund-related calculations • Assist with financial statements, reports, investor notices, and tax schedules • Collaborate with colleagues and third-party providers, including auditors and tax teams • Participate in team learning opportunities • Support onboarding of future hires • Deliver white-glove service to clients and investors while honoring FSG Principles

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent coursework/experience • Basic understanding of accounting principles; GAAP knowledge is a plus but not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear and professional written communication • Willingness to learn fund concepts such as fees, capital activities, and industry best practices • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Interest in learning fund administration software; training will be provided
