📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead its execution • Refine the ideal customer profile, size-tiered pricing model, and product positioning • Lead pilots with managing partners and claims/litigation-operations leads at small-to-mid insurance-defence firms • Convert design partners to paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion • Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 • Iterate on the product based on user feedback • Sequence carrier reserving and prediction as a later phase • Lead the seed raise with support from FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team • Establish the cultural foundation of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market • Experience with consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Deep domain expertise in insurance defence or claims operations • Expertise in pre-litigation records and discovery, legal billing review, and litigation case management
