📋 Description

• Meet residents at their homes to introduce them to GFiber’s award winning internet services. • Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience. • Utilize Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize your impact. • Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach market sales goals together. • Company-provided laptop and mobile phone for work use during employment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday. • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards. • Note: This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

🏖️ Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): This role has an OTE of $66,667 annually (composed of a $30,000 base salary + on target sales bonus). • Total Earning Potential: With our uncapped performance-based incentives and accelerators, total annual earning potential typically ranges from $66,667 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives. • To provide stability while you build your pipeline, new hires receive a $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold. • Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory. • Team Perks: Enjoy catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular team events.
