📋 Description

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs • Modify company products and customer/internal systems to meet client and end-user needs • Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for program changes • Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements under periodic supervision • Design programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs • Write specifications for low- to moderate-complexity programs • Assist in resolving production support problems and suggest alternative approaches • Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs and identify issues • Create program code and technical documentation • Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews • Research industry technical trends and new developments to maintain current skills and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Applications Development and Programming experience with C, Linux, job scripts/streams, SQL, and IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) • Experience resolving Cycle Abends and debugging batch code • Solid SQL/data analysis skills for troubleshooting and validation • Comfortable supporting production issues, defect analysis, data investigation, and end-to-end testing • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Pharmacy or Healthcare Systems experience, including NCPDP – D.0 and EDI transactions, desired • Experience with Mainframe (COBOL) or Legacy Systems, desired • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
