📋 Description

• Analyze data and help create innovative technologies and solutions for healthcare and human services outcomes • Analyze, clean, and model data for business decisions and reporting • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Use coding and automation to improve data processes and operational efficiency • Support tax coding and data classification activities • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions with business and technical teams • Use Power BI, GitHub, Copilot Studio, SQL, and Python to analyze and manage data • Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field • Experience working with large data sets for reporting, analytics, and business decision-making • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy • Preferred: Python and SQL experience • Preferred: Advanced Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and agile environments • Experience with health and human services, government programs, or highly regulated industries • Fully remote options limited to continental US locations • Video cameras required during interviews and the initial week of orientation
