📋 Description

• Bridge enterprise stakeholders and the technical development team • Lead project intake and extract complex technical requirements • Translate business needs into actionable user stories using ServiceNow • Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers and stakeholders • Own and prioritize the product backlog within ServiceNow • Lead backlog refinement sessions • Provide PM support and perform Scrum Master duties as assigned • Ensure accurate task, story status, and effort tracking on the Agile board • Remove delivery blockers and maintain delivery velocity • Mentor and coach business analysts • Lead discovery sessions and define scope for new modules and capabilities • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs in ServiceNow • Create and manage formal Change Requests within ServiceNow • Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing and secure formal sign-off • Partner with ServiceNow developers throughout the Agile SDLC • Ensure alignment with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks • Author and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and operational integration plans • Recommend, update, and document process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 3 years of relevant experience; Associates in Information Technology + 10 years of relevant experience; High School + 11 years of relevant experience • Experience in Agile project management • Skill in stakeholder discovery, project intake, and ServiceNow workflows • Knowledge of Change Request processes and governance in ServiceNow • Ability to support developers and resolve delivery issues in SDLC • Strong technical documentation abilities • Experience working on IT projects utilizing the PMI framework • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust • ServiceNow certifications preferred • Scrum Master/Agile experience preferred • Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software preferred
