📋 Description

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding • Analyze business and industry requirements • Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications • Perform data mapping and function mapping • Set configuration tables and transaction/control tables • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for business functions • Identify and resolve gaps in business processes • Configure security and authorization settings • Develop user documentation • Design data interfaces • Perform data migration and reconciliation • Assist with installation and tuning of modifications • Archive data • Develop necessary workarounds using light programming skills • Collaborate with business partners, vendors, professional peers, and team members to deliver business solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • Twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experience • Thorough understanding of business processes and flows • Experience with functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Experience with prototypes, functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, configuration tables, and transaction/control tables • Experience identifying and resolving gaps in business processes • Knowledge of security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation • Light programming skills in the appropriate language • Preferred: UKG Integration Developer/Lead (Boomi) experience • Deep understanding of information systems, business processes, requirements management, diagramming, and use case development • Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies • Expertise in designing and producing quality deliverables • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Vendor relationship skills • Project management skills • Ability to manage complex projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Conflict management and complex relationship management skills • Understanding of complete life cycles of industry activities outside IT • Preference to live in the Metropolitan St. Louis area and ability to come onsite as desired to the MTS office in Sunset Hills, Missouri
