📋 Description

• Lead complex data analysis and recommend improvements • Serve as a strategic ERP advisor to leadership • Define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts • Drive the design and modification of complex business information systems • Document requirements and resolve system logic challenges • Identify, recommend, and implement programs and solutions balancing cost, performance, and resources • Write and present detailed reports and documentation • Perform project and functional requirements, functional/technical design, configuration, testing, and process documentation • Identify change impacts and training needs • Provide leadership and mentorship to lower-level staff • Support and triage end-user issues • Maintain system configuration, perform testing, and support end users according to WEST standards • Design, develop, and implement complex data reporting and business intelligence systems • Recommend technology solutions aligned with business strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Business analysis experience • Ability to perform complex data analysis • Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data and information into presentations and materials • Knowledge of methods to analyze business needs and recommend relevant solutions, including policy, process, or system improvements • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities, or 3+ years' experience supporting Workday (preferred) • Experience working in FIN and/or cross-functional teams (preferred) • Experience working in a higher education setting (preferred) • Experience working with an ERP system in implementation or maintenance (preferred) • Experience working with a Workday/cloud ERP implementation or maintenance (preferred) • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Ability to work the primary schedule during Monday-Friday business hours, beginning no later than 9:00 AM CST and ending no earlier than 3:00 PM CST, with on-call or weekend rotation as required
