📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive communication plans supporting Provider Revalidation initiatives • Create, edit, and maintain provider-facing emails, letters, presentations, and FAQs • Partner with senior leadership and client stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements • Coordinate campaigns that increase provider awareness, engagement, and timely completion of revalidation activities • Ensure communications are timely, audience-focused, measurable, and aligned with organizational objectives • Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to enhance provider outreach and operational success • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and client stakeholders • Manage multiple communication initiatives while meeting quality standards and deadlines • Operate independently with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience developing and executing strategic communications plans within healthcare, managed care, provider relations, or healthcare operations environments • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills • Ability to communicate complex information clearly • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, provider operations, or other highly regulated industries is preferred • Demonstrated success managing provider-facing communications across multiple channels and stakeholder groups
