📋 Description

• Develop, refine, and manage comprehensive demand and commercial forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from multiple business units • Lead alternative demand scenarios to assess business risks and opportunities • Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and portfolio changes on projected outcomes • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to synchronize forecasting and optimize business planning • Analyze forecast accuracy and commercial performance, identifying deviations and their drivers • Deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement • Improve planning methodologies and tools by evaluating processes and proposing enhancements • Facilitate adoption of planning best practices to drive planning precision and consistency • Interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business strategies • Contribute to the design of planning tools and process innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, commercial forecasting, or related strategic roles • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required • Proficiency with planning software and advanced analytical tools • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience working in fast-paced, data-intensive environments • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies
