📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Internal Communications to develop and execute communication strategies aligned to enterprise priorities • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and align messaging across initiatives • Support comprehensive communications plans, message development, and narrative consistency across leadership communications and company-wide efforts • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal events and high-impact associate experiences, including all-company meetings, Company Connects, town halls, leadership forums, and celebratory events • Align stakeholders throughout event planning and draft and refine executive narratives • Provide creative direction for senior-level content and ensure experiences reflect the company’s voice and strategic priorities • Assist in developing and tracking executive editorial content plans • Create content to support senior-level communications efforts • Collaborate with editorial teams to segment content and deliver relevant messages to diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 5+ years minimum related work experience • Experience in internal or corporate communications in a large, matrixed organization • Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive-level content and leadership narratives • Background in communications planning, editorial strategy, and multi-channel content management • Experience supporting or leading internal event planning and executive production • High comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-moving environments • Collaborative and service-oriented, with excellent stakeholder management skills
