📋 Description

• Produce the Monthly All-Hands end-to-end, including the run of show, production, Q&A, measurement, and follow-up communications • Rebuild the company intranet hub as the single source of truth for employee resources and information • Audit and manage company-wide Slack channels, including setting norms, curating content, and keeping signal high and noise low • Establish company newsletters and enforce editorial standards, cadence, and governance • Manage the senior leader forum and manager forum, including agendas, content, executive preparation, and Q&A • Equip senior leaders and managers with consistent communications to cascade to their teams • Partner with the Head of Global Communications to design, launch, and run internal communications programs • Build and operate the internal communications operating model across strategic programs, day-to-day channels, and leadership and manager enablement • Use AI tools to accelerate communications output while applying judgment to maintain quality

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional communications experience • Proven track record of building or scaling internal communications programs from the ground up • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including drafting in an executive's voice and writing clearly for employees • Strong program and project management skills • Ability to operate autonomously and handle ambiguity • Executive presence and judgment, with credibility partnering with leadership including the CEO • Active, fluent use of AI tools such as Anthropic Claude • Professional communications experience within a high-growth B2B technology or cybersecurity environment (preferred) • Willingness to experiment with new employee communication methods (preferred) • Familiarity with internal communications measurement and KPI development (preferred) • Fluency with Slack, Slido, Zoom, and newsletter/intranet platforms such as Confluence (preferred)
