📋 Description

• monitoring and evaluating voice and non-voice interactions • conducting daily reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards • planning, execution, and delivery of quality initiatives • enhancing employee, member, and client experiences • utilizing procedural and technology automation for QA efficiency • remaining current with industry best practices for quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • two or more years of quality assurance (QA principles and methodologies) • subject matter expertise in MMIS functional areas • collaboration with team members across multiple areas • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint • familiarity with contact center and back-office quality platforms (CXOne, Verint, etc.) • strong written and verbal communication skills • strong organizational and time management skills
