📋 Description

• Establish and document tailored quality strategy plans for assigned projects or tasks • Develop and maintain standardized quality assurance documentation, including quality metrics • Ensure documentation complies with software development standards, policies, procedures, and best practices • Conduct assessments and evaluations to verify compliance with standards and quality plans • Determine process and product quality levels • Report findings and escalate unresolved issues • Evaluate work products and research alternative solutions to problems • Make verbal and written recommendations to appropriate parties • Gather, use, and independently analyze defect metrics data • Communicate analysis findings verbally and through periodic written reports • Participate in special projects, external audits, and process improvements supporting quality assurance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, management information systems, computer science, or related field preferred • Zero or more years of quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems experience • Experience with quality metrics and software industry metric data collection and analysis techniques • Experience with quality assurance principles and practices and software development methodologies such as Catalyst • Experience with standard software development methodology assessments, such as SEI/CMM or ISO 9000 • Experience with software test science and tools • Good organization and time management skills • Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Basic personal computer and business solutions software skills • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including remote support • Ability to manage change and complete responsibilities within a timeframe and budget • Ability to participate in professional development and quality assurance training • Willingness to travel
