📋 Description

• Own governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format • Align requirements with business rules and data mappings • Ensure AI-driven test validation and traceability through structured SME review • Coordinate a business analyst team’s duties and activities on IT projects • Provide guidance and support to newer team members • Bridge clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements and expected impact • Develop business specifications with clients at the start of technical projects • Analyze, plan, design, and document business processes • Recommend improvements supporting clients’ technology goals • Verify requirements have been met by approving and validating test results • Use Excel and SQL to quantify anticipated work impact

🎯 Requirements

• 9 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position • 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred • Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering, ensuring outputs are validated, governed, and fully traceable across business rules, data, and the end-to-end delivery lifecycle • Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, analytical software, and requirement-mapping tools including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools • Strong client communication skills translating client needs to actionable objectives • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Experience working in Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies • Must be located in the continental United States • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
