📋 Description

• Design, implement, and administer Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) infrastructure • Support DAM software deployments, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management • Provide incident support, including on-call support, for investigations and DAM-related outages • Perform DAM software patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation • Create, test, and tune policy rules aligned with NIST, HIPAA, CCPA, and internal monitoring criteria • Evaluate products and recommend and implement new or replacement data security technologies • Develop, maintain, and review operating procedures, solution topology diagrams, and reporting metrics • Perform regular service reporting for stakeholders, including completed actions, upcoming activities, and recommendations • Contribute to data security program development and roadmap planning • Provide support and guidance to security resources, business partners, and suppliers • Train and educate staff to use software solutions safely and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in database administration supporting relational database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2 • Experience with cloud-hosted database PaaS or DBaaS from AWS and/or Azure • Three or more years of experience administering, managing, and tuning IBM Guardium, Imperva, or equivalent solutions • Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, firewalls, ACLs, and encryption • Experience with server operating systems such as Windows and Linux • Experience with federal information security regulations including FISMA, HIPAA, and CPRA • Experience with NIST Special Publications or other industry frameworks • Relevant vendor and industry security and technical certifications such as CISSP or CCSP are a plus • Strong documentation, communication, and workflow design skills • Experience with Microsoft Purview or other Data Protection products is a plus
