📋 Description

• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and milestone-based invoices for the Connecticut Medicaid account • Support administration of Modification Hours • Collect, review, and compile invoice support information and billing documentation from various departments and teams • Maintain invoice tracking spreadsheets, billing records, modification hours, and electronic invoice backup documentation • Reconcile billing data and supporting reports • Verify source documents for accuracy and completeness and follow up on missing information • Track invoice due dates and support timely submissions • Provide billing status updates to Finance and account leadership • Assist with audits, invoice documentation requests, process improvement initiatives, and other account-related administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, billing, finance, project coordination, or business support role • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting tools • Experience supporting invoicing, finance, accounting, or project administration activities • Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems • Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload for teleworking
